Job Description

Minfy looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with basic hands-on experience in Azure or GCP environments. The role involves daily monitoring, handling alerts, and performing routine virtual machine and storage operations. You’ll be responsible for executing standard procedures (SOPs), checking backup statuses, and assisting in service health checks and incident escalations.

Key Skills:

• Basic Azure/GCP portal navigation and operations
• Monitoring alerts and service health
• VM lifecycle operations (Start/Stop/Reboot)
• IAM role validation (read-only level)
• Backup and storage usage monitoring
• Execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Basic log viewing and troubleshooting idea
• Incident creation/escalation using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Good to have: 

• Azure/GCP certifications
