Description

Exlearn Technologies is currently seeking a part-time DevOps Trainer to deliver training at its on-site training programs in Pune, Maharashtra. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing relevant training on Cloud/DevOps topics and provide mentoring to students preparing for careers in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops that focus on Cloud & DevOps tools (e.g. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) in an in-person setting.
• Facilitate labs in a hands on manner and guide students through real world applications in the tooling.
• Create, update, and maintain course content and curriculum that represents current industry practice.
• Support students moving from non-tech into tech roles with technical skills as well as advise on career options. 
• Collect feedback and work to change and/or adapt content to maximize student engagement and learning.

Minimum qualifications:

• Possess a valid IT and Software Development experience
• Must have experience delivering technical training, lecturing or classroom facilitation 
• Strong Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps tooling. 
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Ability to develop structured, hands-on, and interesting training content
• Relevant DevOps or Cloud certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
