Job Summary

The Infrastructure Engineer role will oversee and enhance Optimum's server and end-user infrastructure. The focus will be the maintenance of the performance, reliability, and security of our AWS cloud infrastructure. You will work with teams across the world in Noida, Ahmedabad, and Los Angeles.


Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and watch over AWS infrastructure to maintain solid performance, security and uptime.
  • Administer Windows and Linux servers (incl. updates, backups, and issues).
  • Review and optimize cloud resources to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Must have ideas to Implement monitoring tools and respond to alerts and outages.
  • Manage SSL certificates, access control, and compliance with security policies.
  • Work with DevOps and Security teams to integrate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and other automation best practices.
  • Manage O365 services, user roles, and security configurations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
  • Solid knowledge of both Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (preferred).
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization and monitoring best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
