Job Description

Atidan is seeking recent graduates with a keen interest in cloud technologies for our Azure Support role in Mumbai. This role would be perfect for an individual with a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure and those wanting to learn in an enterprise setting. You will have exposure to Azure services, infrastructure monitoring, and IT support in a rotational shift environment.

Shift Timings:

• Initial Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
• Later Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Rotational weekoffs)

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environments.
• Minimum 75% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring Azure infrastructure and cloud resources.
• Work on basic troubleshooting of Azure services, virtual machines, network issues.
• Monitor support queues and manage ticket acknowledgments and escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution and documentation.
• Learn and apply cloud best practices and tools in a live enterprise environment.

Technical Skills Required

• Fundamental understanding of:
• Azure basics (subscriptions, resource groups, virtual machines)
• Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Cloud Networking
• Key terms: DNS, DHCP, IP, CPU, Memory, Cloud storage, etc.
• Prior hands-on experience or internship in cloud monitoring or support is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Azure: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500
• Microsoft 365: MS-900, MS-500
• Windows Server or other cloud-related certifications

Educational Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecom)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in IT
